Emma Watson in Black Halter

Emma Watson in July of 2009 arriving at the “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” premiere in New York City.  She looked adorable in this black halter and white skirt with little diamond earrings. She wore her layered shoulder length hair down with several colored highlights throughout.
